NEW YEAR'S CARD: Rachelle Anne Miller - Year of the Snake (digital stamp)

Hello, welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a crazy simple Happy New Year's card using this fabulous digital stamp design from Rachelle Anne Miller Designs. This digital stamp is called Year of the Snake. This CAS card is so simple to recreate, I hope it can inspire you!

After printing this image and sentiment (Year of the Snake from Rachelle Anne Miller) onto Transotype Perfect Colouring Paper, I die cut this scene with the Basic Rectangles from Mama Elephant to get an A2 sized panel. 

  • Brown: E47, E57, E23
  • Pink: RV25, RV13, RV21, RV10
  • Red: E08
  • Green: YG09, YG03, YG00

I softly ink blended some cracked pistachio distress ink on the top half of the card. Next, I took my copic markers and colored it in (combination listed above). After adding some white gelly roll pen details to the eyes, I adhered the panel on a card base. I finished it off using some glossy accents on tiny elements (like the hearts, ...). I hope you like it!
