Hello crafty friends, glad to see you back on my blog. Today I have a clean and simple birthday card to share with you using the Hippo Bird Day from Clearly Besotted along with some polychromos pencils.

I started by stamping the sentiment using black ink and the image from the Hippo Bird Day stamp set from Clearly Besotted on top of an A2 sized panel (of Neenah Desert Storm) using noline coloring detail ink from InkOn3. Next, started on the coloring with pencils (combination listed below).
- Hippo: 275, 274, 273, 272
- Duck: 115, 111 / 111, 108, 107, 105
- Balloon: 153, 276, 162, 170
- White "glow" (& grounding): 101, 272
I used a copic multiliner to add details to the critters. Around the critters, I added a white "glow". As my panel was now finished, I added it on top of a card base. I hope you like it xxx
