Hello crafty friends! Julia and I are back with a #challengeacraftyfriend card. As you probably know, I like the idea of CAS cards, and I like creating them... while Julia is a genius when I comes to scenes. So for this challenge, we are "Switching styles"! Julia made a CAS card, and I am building a scene!
You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at my Youtube channel. A supply list can be found at the bottom of this blog post.
I started by die cutting a slimline rectangle out of Neenah. Next, I took my distress inks to blend my background. With the Starry Stencil, I added some shimmer on the background as well.
Afterwards, I stamped out my images onto Neenah so that I could color them in using my Copic Makers. I die cut everything using the matching dies.
When I was sure about placement, I added everything using a combination of liquid glue and thin foam squares. I stamped out the sentiment in the bottom left corner. After adhering this panel to my card base, I also added some glossy accents and Stickles for some final details. I hope you like it!
