I GOT CHALLENGED: Family mice playing in the sky!

Hello everyone! Ready for a new #Challengeacraftyfriend "Adventures of the mice family" Challenge??? This is such a joyful card, it makes me smile! I hope you like it as well xxx

You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at my Youtube channel. A supply list can be found at the bottom of this blog post.

I started by die cutting almost everything and stamping out my images onto Neenah 110 lb Solar White Card Stock. Next, I took all the arches from the rainbow and ink blended the inks from The Stamp Market on top of them. Next, I adhered them together. With the rainbow finished, I took one of the reveal wheel panel (I die cut two), and I die cut the Puffy Cloud Backdrop out of it. I added some color on each of the clouds using the same inks as in the rainbow. And I also added some Tropic Teal on the bottom of the clouds.

I adhered all the clouds on the left over reveal wheel panel. The bottom one was adhered with some thin foam squares, the others with tape runner. I used the reveal wheel die on the rainbow to get the perfect cut and the stitching details (there where it will hang off the panel).

Now, I could start coloring the images using my Copic Markers (listed below). I die cut them using the matching dies. I decided to adhere almost everything on top of the panel (except for the little mouse that will move). With all the elements done for the front, I still had to create a panel for behind the reveal wheel. Therefore, I took Strathmore Bristol Smooth 100lb and the inks from The Stamp Market. I decided to paint some strokes on top of the panel (matching with the clouds from the reveal wheel panel).

After adhering the painted panel on top of a card base. I could add the wheel for the reveal wheel on top of it (I softly ink blended Melon Orange on top of the wheel). I shifted the wheel: I lined up the crease in the wheel with my rainbow and then shifted it to the left, but making sure it was parallel with the rainbow. Next, I adhered the panel in front of the wheel.

I added a Slider Element from My Favorite Things just along the rainbow on the wheel with score tape. On the top of this slider element, I added my little mouse. At this moment, I realized that a sentiment was missing... I really carefully stamped out "sending smiles" using the Tropic Teal (matching the clouds behind the sentiment). To finish the card, I added some Nuvo Drops on top of it!

I hope this blog was useful and that you enjoyed this card! Have a wonderful day xxx
