GET WELL SOON CARD: Mama Elephant - All Pretties Up, Simon Says Stamp - Get Well Soon & Outline Leaves Background

Hello everyone! My first "get well soon"-card. This card was fairly quick to make. 

I took some watercolor paper and stamped out the Outline Leaves Background from Simon Says Stamp with VersaMark Ink. Then, I added some Clear Embossing Powder from Ranger on top and heat set it. 

After everything was melted, I added Atlantis Burst Nuvo Shimmer Powder and sprits the whole pannel with water so that the colors started to move. Next, I set it aside to dry. This step was repeated a few times until I was happy with the result. Next, I took the All Prettied up frame from Mama Elephant and cut this out of the dried pannel. 

In the following step, I started on the sentiment. I first took a piece of watercolor paper and added the Atlantis Burst Nuvo Shimmer Powder again and spritst it again with water. Once this was dry, I cut out the sentiment using Get Well Soon from Simon Says Stamp. The create some dimension I die cut it two more times from some watercolor paper and adhered it on top of each other with some Gina K. Designs Connect Glue.

The finish, I took an (American) card base and adhered the pannel with some Scotch Foam Mounting Tape. Next, I added the sentiment using some more Gina K. Designs Connect Glue. In the end, I also added some sequins from Lucky Shamrock from Simon Says Stamp with Gina K. Designs Connect Glue.
