Hello everyone, I created today's card for my father in law. He turned 60 last week! A perfect occasion to use these amazing stamps by Mama Elephant. I tried to create a 'masculine' card, do you think I succeeded?
You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at my Youtube channel. A supply list can be found at the bottom of this blog post.
For this card, I started by coloring all the images I needed from the Counting Left and Counting Right stamp set from Mama Elephant (combination listed below). Next, I added white gelly roll pen details to them. I used the matching dies to die cut them out.
- Pig: E04, E93, E01 / E01
- Frog: YG99, YG93, YG03
- Snail: YR21, YR31 / E04, E93
- Numbers (blue): B99, B97, B93
- Background (stripes): B41
For the background, I die cut an A2 sized rectangle. With a light blue marker, I added soft stripes in the background. I also die cut an envelope and little card using the Pocket Envie set by Mama Elephant.
After stamping out a sentiment from the Birthday Messages from Mama Elephant, I assembled everything on top of a card base. I hope this card can inspire you xxx
