Hello everyone! Today I have a (personal) baby card to share with you! I featured the name of the sweet baby on this card, but as you know... you can easily make this card your own by changing the name.
You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at my Youtube channel. A supply list can be found at the bottom of this blog post.
I started by coloring the images from the Flying High from Hello Bluebird using my copic markers (combinations listed below). I also added some white gelly roll pen details to the images. Afterwards, I used the matching dies to cut them out. For the name, I used the ... from Hello Bluebird, I die cut it twice out of white and once out of blue card stock.
Next, I die cut the name of the little one using the Oliver Alpha Die from Hello Bluebird. Postage Frame from Hello Bluebird. Next, I stamped and colored the images from the December Post and Holiday Littles stamp set from Hello Bluebird using Copic Markers (combinations listed below).
- Elephant: W7, W5, W4
- Bunny: E37, E33, E53 / E11, E01
- Birds: YR04, Y17, Y06 / YR04
For the frame, I used the Frame-Worthy Mini Slimline from Crafty Meraki, which gave me the perfect mini slimline frame, I die cut it once out of white and once out of blue card stock. For the background, I created a simple backdrop using the Cloudy Stencil from Lawn Fawn and some distress inks.
With all the elements ready, I assembled everything on top of a mini slimline card base. I decided to add some yellow stars on the background from the Little Star stamp set from Hello Bluebird. I also stamped (for the first time), a lovely image from this stamp set on the inside of the card (in light grey ink). And that is it! I had so much fun creating this card, I hope you can see that. Wishing you an amazing day, and till next time xxx
